2018 AMERICAN INDIAN COMMUNITY DAY HIGHLIGHTS


The 8th Annual American Indian Community Day took place on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018 from 12pm-4pm at Ragle Park in Santa Fe. This free event celebrates Native culture with dances, drumming, songs and music. Other activities included face painting, arts & crafts activities, round dances and nonprofit booths.  Native dances by Na'Hoy Le'tsii, rhythm & blues music by Los Indios, break dancing with 3HC, poets, storytellers and delicious Native cuisine.  SAVE THE DATE: The 2019 American Indian Community Day event is scheduled for Sept. 14, 2019. The American Indian Community Day event is produced by the Santa Fe Indian Center, a non-profit organization.
